Dustin Edward Florian and Katie Lynn Andreasen were united in marriage June 18, 2011, at United Lutheran Church in Lincoln. Pastor Myron Meyer officiated.
Parents of the couple are Robert and Corinne Andreasen of Merna and Chuck Florian of Milburn. Grandparents of the couple are Viola Andreasen of Genoa and Milo and Delores Florian of Ord.

A fall wedding is planned by Jennifer Jean Schipporeit and Terry Lee Dierberger. The couple is planning an Oct. 15, 2011, 3:30 pm wedding at the Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Kearney.
Parents of the bride-to-be are Craig and Cindy Struckman of Ord, and the late Shaun Schipporeit. Chester and Mary Dierberger of Scotia, are the parents of the future groom.
Miss Schipporeit is a graduate of Sandhills High School and Bellevue University. She is the Assistant to Comptroller at Cornerstone Bank.

John and Terri Parsons are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, Jason Wesley Parsons, to Sylvia Catherine Wu. Sylvia is the daughter of Frank and Stella Wu.
Jason is a 2002 graduate of Broken Bow High School and graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in international relations. He commissioned into the Air Force in 2006, and is now a Captain stationed in Kaiserslautern, Germany. Jason has served in Japan, the Philippines, Iraq, and is currently deployed to Southern Afghanistan.

Sarah Roth, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Danielle Bollich and Kahyla Fury, friends of the bride.
Jacob Brauer, friend of the groom, was best man. Groomsmen were Lee Bowman, friend of the groom, and Luke Roth, brother of the bride.
Ushers were Derek Pufahl and Philip Mohlke, friends of the couple. Flower girl was Hallie Spreeman, friend of the bride. Ring bearer was Blake Roth, nephew of the bride.

Kally Neben and Brett King were united in marriage June 18, 2011, at the Fellowship Bible Church in Newman Grove. Pastor Scott Carlson officiated the 4:30 p.m. ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Galen and Pat Neben of Thedford. Her grandparents are Arlene and the late leroy Badgley, and the late Rudy and Mary Neben, all of Oconto.
Keith and Pam King of Newman Grove are the parents of the groom. His grandparents are Fern and the late Duane King, and Helen and the late Paul Schroeter, all of Newman Grove.

Ben and Kelly Sarno, of Glenwood Springs, Colo., proudly announce the arrival of their daughter, Allison Nicole Sarno, born July 25, 2011, weighing 7 pounds 8 ounces.
Alli was welcomed home by big brother Ryan.
Proud grandparents are Butch and Margene Smith of Broken Bow and David and Cindi Sarno of Glenwood Springs. Great-grandmother is Margaret Seevers of Sargent.

Jason and Trish Kollars are the very proud parents of a baby girl, Gisella Christine, born June 5, 2011, at Dewitt Army Community Hospital in Fort Belvoir, Virg.
She weighed 8 pounds 5.9 ounces.
Jason is a major in the U.S. Air Force. The family resides in Woodbridge, Virg.
Grandparents are Janet and Ken Neaterous of Broken Bow, Ron and Dee Fenski of Grand Island, and Jim and Janice Kollars of Lincoln. Living great-grandparents are Jim and Lucille Barker of Broken Bow, Dorothy Fenski of Grand Island, Robert Kollars of Albuquerque, N.M., and Marie Naeve of Albion.

The bride-to-be is a 2006 graduate of Elm Creek High School, and will graduate in 2012 from Palmer College of Chiropractic with a bachelor of science and doctor of chiropractic degree.

Byron and Connie Cox of Purdum are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Bobbi Lee Cox, to Trent Lee Zimmerman. Trent is the son of Lex and Nita Zimmerman of Mullen.
Bobbi is a 2006 graduate of Sandhills High School and received a bachelor of arts in education degree from Fort Hays College. Bobbi is employed as a fifth grade teacher and coach at Hyannis Public School.
Trent is a 2004 graduate of Mullen High School. He is employed at the Mike Dent Ranch at Seneca.
The couple is planning an Oct. 29 wedding.

A group of distinguished guests gathered at Victoria Springs State Recreation Area June 11, 2011, to celebrate the wedding of Joanna Goodner and Theodore “Ted” Haumont.
The bride is the daughter of Darrel and Carol Goodner, and the groom is the son of Phil and Joyce Haumont.
The bride was escorted by her father and wore a long strapless white gown.
Maid of honor was Abbie Goodner, sister of the bride, and bridesmaid was Barbara Haumont, sister of the groom. Both girls wore yellow sundresses.
Best man was Jeremy Haskel, and groomsman was Nick Dutton, close friends of the groom.
