Loyd B. Olson III and Leann Arleen Williams were sealed in marriage by President Baron May 18, 2012, at the Newport Beach LDS Temple in Newport Beach, Calif.
A reception followed at the Diamond Bar Center in Diamond Bar, Calif. A local reception for family and friends was June 2, at the Merna Community Center in Merna.
The bride is the daughter of Albert and Donna Williams of Chino Hills, Calif. The groom is the son of Loyd Olson II of Broken Bow and Deb Olson of Omaha.

Macie Jo & Aiden Scott Kaelin

Becky and Joel Kaelin would like to announce the birth of their daughter and son, born April 27, 2012, at Saint Elizabeth Hospital.
Macie Jo weighed 8 pounds 15 ounces, and was 20 inches long. Aiden Scott weighed 5 pounds 3 ounces and was 17 inches long.
Grandparents are Scott and Nancy Pohl of Crete, and Scott and Denise Kaelin of Ansley. Great-grandparents are Patricia and Dale Danekas of Crete, Sharon Pohl of York, Dennis and Judy Stunkel of Broken Bow, and Dean and Marlene Kaelin of Ansley.

Perry and Brenda Miller of Rising City, and Randy and Dian Franzen of Broken Bow, proudly announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their children, Amanda Leigh Miller and Daniel Joseph Franzen.
Amanda is a 2008 graduate of David City High School, and a 2012 graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University where she majored in business administration with minors in accounting and finance. She is currently employed at Midwest Medical Transport Company in Columbus.

Heather and Ty Behmerwohld of Mason City proudly announce the birth of a son, Mason Lane Behmerwohld, born May 3, 2012, at St. Francis Hospital in Grand Island. Mason weighed 7 ounds 7 ounces and was 19 inches long.
Mason is welcomed home by siblings Shelby and Ashton. Also welcoming Mason are grandparents Jerry and Rita Rosentreader of Mason City, and Bill and Suzie Behmerwohld of Brunning.

Allison Fees & Joel Varah

Allison Fees of Lincoln and Joel Varah of Broken Bow are planning a June 23 wedding at Grace Lutheran Church in Pleasanton.
Parents of the couple are Kermit and Linda Fees of Miller and Kirk and Kay Varah of Bridgeport.
Allison is an artist and an art teacher at Omaha Westside School. She will be the art teacher at Litchfield School next year.
Joel is an engineer at BD in Broken Bow.

Brian and Sheri Driver, Deanne Halsead, and Craig and Linda Halstead are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their children, Taylor Ann Driver and Casey Daniel Halstead.
Taylor is a 2008 graduate of Le Mars Community High School in Le Mars, Iowa. She attended Wayne State College pursuing a degree in Unified Early Childhood Education. She will be transferrring to Peru State College in the fall to finish her degree.

Paige is the daughter of Bob and Charlene Martin of Broken Bow. Grandparents of the bride are Harriett Barnes of Gothenburg, and the late Glenn Barnes and Stanley and Virginia Martin of Broken Bow. Tom is the son of John and Kris Yockey of Phillips. Grandparents of the groom are Wilt and Eileen Forsman of Aurora, and John and Joyce Moloney of Sun City Center, Fla.

Great-grandparents are Maxine Wonch, and Gale and Judy Moody.

The prospective groom is employed as frozen food manager at Grocery Kart in Broken Bow.
The couple plans to be married May 26, 2012, in a 4 p.m. ceremony in the Broken Bow City Square Park. Pastor Mike Wheatly will officiate.
Flower girl for the wedding will be Kaytee Crawford, and ring bearers will be Zakary and Shaun Crawford, all children of the groom.
