Area Schools state qualifying wrestlers

South Loup's Garret Dockweiler attempts to roll his opponent during the District D-3 tournament Feb. 9. Dockweiler qualified for the state tournament with a 2nd place finish in the 160-pound bracket.

Area Schools qualified 18 wrestlers for the state tournament in Omaha Feb. 14-16 at the Centuylink Center. Sargent Burwell sent the most with seven and Anselmo-Merna's Jake Wells has the best record going into state at 36-0.
