Bull riding classic celebrates 15 years

For 15 years, fair goers have delighted to the thrills of the Custer County Classic Bull Riding. The event always follows the free pit barbeuce, and this year is slated for Monday, July 29, at 7:30 p.m.
Admission to the Bull Riding Classic is $16 for reserved seating, $12 for general seating, and $6 for kids 5-10 at the gate; tickets are all $1 less if bought in advance.
There will be $7,000+ in money and prizes awarded to the cowboys at the event.
This year’s Bull Riding Classic will feature PRCA & PBR bullfighter, Frank Newsom, and barrel man Lecile Harris.
Some local talent will also be featured at the event, with bullfighter Rowdy Moon of Sargent. The announcer for the bull riding will be world-renowned rodeo announcer, Hadley Barett.
Advance tickets are available at Eberle Boot & Saddle Repair, Grocery Kart and Schmick’s Market.
