Chase Evans Mandeville, infant son of James and Michelle Mandeville, passed away Monday, Oct. 22, 2012, at the Wray Community Hospital, Wray, Colo. Survivors include his parents; grandparents, Jack and Tina Mandeville of Imperial, Tom and Robbie Pittman of Ponchatoula, La.; brother, Bryce Mandeville at home in Wray; great-grandparents, Delores Mandeville of Broken Bow, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Lamb of Osceola, Iowa, Elizabeth Lamb of Lucas, Iowa, Evans Blanchard of Metairie, La.; aunts, uncles and cousins.
A family reception was Oct. 29, at the Liewer Funeral Home in Imperial, with interment at Mount Hope Cemetery. A memorial has been established in Chase’s memory.
