Groundbreaking for new subdivision Tuesday

Indian Hills Meadows LLC and Midwest Housing Initiatives are pleased to join for the ground breaking of Indian Hills Meadows, a new subdivision in Broken Bow, NE on Tuesday, April 8 at 2 p.m. at 17th & Cherokee Lane in Broken Bow. The public is invited to attend.

“Indian Hills Meadows was made possible through a strong local commitment to workforce housing,” said Paula Rhian, Development Director for Excel Development Group which is developing the project.

Partners in the project include the City of Broken Bow, the Nebraska Department of Economic Development, Midwest Housing Initiatives, Excel Development Group, Bruning State Bank, Architectural Design Associates and REGA Engineering.
