Ilene Hulinsky, 77

Ilene Hulinsky, age 77 of Broken Bow, died Friday April 18, 2014, at the Jennie Melham Medical Center in Broken Bow.
Memorial services were Wednesday, April 23, 2014, in Govier Brothers Mortuary in Broken Bow with Pastor Alan Petersen officiating. Memorials are suggested to the family.
Ilene L. Hulinsky was born Nov. 19, 1936, at Burwell, to Clarence and Daisy (Palmer) Gumb. She was married to Frank Hulinsky Nov. 23, 1954, at Burwell. The couple lived at Fort Hartsuff, near Burwell. They later moved to Gothenburg.
In the mid 1960's, they moved to Broken Bow. Ilene worked as a cook at the Golden Living Center, and also the local cafe.
Ilene enjoyed working in her garden and garage sales.
Survivors include her husband, Frank of Broken Bow; a daughter, Debra Jensen of Kearney; brothers, Bill (Darlene) Gumb of Sargent, and Ray (Marge) Gumb of Burwell; sisters, Norma Dunkel of Valentine and Wilda Studebaker of Burwell, and a sister in law Yvonne Gumb of Cheyenne Wells, Colo.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Timothy; son-in-law, Glen Jensen; a brother, Dale; and sisters, Lillie, Doris, and Marjory.
