Jacki Kay Giles, daughter of Rich and Kristi Giles of Halsey, and Kevin Andrew Shelbourn, son of Jerry and Lori Shelbourn of Valentine, would like to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding. The bride-to-be is a 2009 graduate of Sandhills High School and will graduate this spring from Hastings College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and human resource management.
The perspective groom is a 2006 graduate of Valentine Rural High School and is currently employed by O’Kief Brothers of Wood Lake.
The couple is planning a June 1, 2013 wedding.
