MULLEN--The Lady Broncos were able to upend the Hawks in three sets, 25-22, 26-24 and 25-21.
Mikayla Daniels served for eight points in the first set and led all scorers with 10 points overall.
Rachel Hoesing served for seven points, five that came in the third and final set.
Clara Vinton served for six points, Jessica Lovitt and Amber Wright each recorded five points and Madison Tomlinson tallied four points.
Hoesing played the net well and recorded 16 kills and four ace blocks.
Vinton added six kills and Tomlinson and Daniels each added five kills.
The win over the Hawks moves Mullen to 10-7 on the season.

Burwell 19 25 6

Twin Loup dropped Burwell in three sets last week.
Leading the way for the Wolves was Haylee Jordan with 10 points and three ace serves.
Tristan Kirwan chipped in nine points and three aces.
Kirwan set a perfect 37 of 37 with 14 set assists.
Alex Hart led the team with 10 kills. Becca Clark helped out with nine kills and Jordan chipped in seven kills.

Twin Loup 17 13
Cedar Valley 25 25

Twin Loup lost in two sets to Cedar Valley 25-17 and 25-13. Hart led the team with six points.
Clark served 31 of 32 with seven set assists. Kirwan set eight of nine with five set assists.

Cody-Kilgore 8 5 22

The Wolves dropped Cody-Kilgore in three sets, 25-8, 25-5 and 25-22. Clark produced 16 points and set nine of 10 with five set assists and 11 aces.
Hart chipped in 14 points, set a perfect 10 of 10 and five assists and eight aces. Hart also produced six kills. Twin Loup coach Tami Phillips was pleased with her team’s effort.
“We really dominated every aspect of the game at Cody-Kilgore," Phillips said. " Our aggressive serving really helped us win. This game allowed a lot of our younger players to play in the third set to earn some playing time."

Maxwell 25 17 29

The Lady Knights dropped the first set 25-19 to Maxwell, but fought back and won set two and three, 25-17, 31-29. Leading the way for S/T was Kadi McFadden, with 19 kills, 12 digs and three blocks.
Shelby Saner recorded 19 kills, four digs and three blocks.
Taylor Marten helped out with nine kills and two digs.

Sandhills/Thedford 25 25
South Loup 20 12

The Lady Knights dropped the Bobcats in two sets, 25-20, 25-12. Michaela Miles recorded 11 kills, nine digs and four aces. Kelsey Higgins helped out with nine kills.
McFadden recorded nine kills, nine digs and one ace. Saner added nine kills, five blocks, four digs and three aces.

Wilcox/Hildreth 12 7 15

The Lady Warriors improved their record to 18-1 on the season and easily dispatched Wilcox-Hildreth in three sets, 25-12, 25-17 and 25-15. Kathleen Ryan led the way with 18 points and served 20 of 20 with six blocks and five digs.
Siera Rohde chipped in 13 points, eight blocks and six digs.
Kate Watts recorded 14 points and seven digs. Katie Drake scored six points and Kara Ostrand and Tristen Reed helped out with five points.

Heartland Lutheran
25 14 18

The Lady Trojans dropped the Red Hornets in three sets, 27-25, 25-15 and 25-18.
Alivia Wardyn led the way with 10 points, 14 digs and three aces.
Kayla Reynolds helped out with five points and 13 assists.
Shawna Paitz recorded four points, 10 kills and four digs.

SEM 13 10
Overton 25 25

Overton dropped SEM in two sets, 25-13 and 25-10. Tab Anderson recorded two kills, one dig and served four of four.
Kristen Karlberg served nine of 10 and recorded two digs. Rachel Ibach served 13 of 13 with two set assists and one ace.

Gibbon 25 21 15

The Mustangs dropped the Buffaloes in three sets. SEM dropped the first set 25-17, but fought back and won 25-21 and 25-15. Anderson set a perfect 27 of 27 and recorded six kills. Shaylee Burr hit 18 of 19 and recorded six kills to propel the Mustangs.

Loup City 25 25 21 25

The Lady Coyotes fell to the Red Raiders in four sets last week, Sarah Cooksley led the way with eight service points and one ace. Victoria Downey recorded seven kills and 26 digs. Katie Kirkpatrick produced seven kills and five ace blocks. Janae Hostick helped out with 16 set assists.

SMC 21 25 22 25 14

The Coyotes battled Stapleton-McPherson County in a five-set thriller and came away with the win.
Hostick had an impressive 18 service points, five aces, set a perfect 108 of 108 with 27 set assists and 23 digs.
Hannah Kirkpatrick recorded two ace blocks to help pace A-M. Coyote coach Sue Seda has a lot of praise for Janae Hostick." This was by far her best game," Seda said. "She was the MVP of the game."

H. St. Cecilia 25 25
Broken Bow 10 16

Hastings St. Cecilia dropped the Lady Indians in two sets, 25-10 and 25-16. Halie Jones led the way for Broken Bow with 12 assists, four kills and one ace.
She also served 13 of 14. Taylor Duncan recorded 11 assists, four kills and one ace.

Centura 20 25 25

Centura dropped the Lady Indians in three sets, 20-25, 25-19 and 25-18.
Broken Bow won the first set, but Centura was able to win set two and three to close out the match. Jones recorded 27 assists and eight kills. Duncan helped out with 17 assists and five kills.
Sami Gaston had a breakout performance with 17 assists and four kills.

Holdrege 25 25 30

Broken Bow dropped a close contest to Holdrege late last week. Duncan had a great game for the Lady Indians. She recorded 34 assists, 12 kills and one ace serve. Jones helped out with 31 assists and 10 kills.
Krisha Scott helped with 11 assists and three kills.
