Services planned for Callaway teen

Austin “AJ” J. Hanson, 19, of Callaway, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2011, in Callaway.
Austin was born May 21, 1992, at Callaway, the son of Randy and Carrie (Stivers) Hanson. He graduated from Callaway High School in 2011, and was attending Central Community College.
Austin enjoyed ranching, farming, and anything involving the outdoors, especially hunting. He loved to hang out with his close friends, have a good time and live life to the fullest. He really enjoyed spending time with his entire family and cherished the family get-togethers.
Austin formed many close relationships with people of all ages with his outgoing and very friendly attitude with all.
Those left to cherish his memory are his parents of Callaway; brother,Tyler Hanson of Hawkins, Texas; sister, Andrea Hanson of Callaway; grandparents, Shirley and Dale Estergard and Dorothy Stivers, all of Callaway; uncles and aunts, Mike (Tina) Hanson of San Antonio, Texas, Cynde (Brian) Hoefener of Omaha, Chris (Robin) Myers of North Platte, Cathy (Derry) Trampe of Ord, and Cheri (John) Erker of Overland Park, Kan., and numerous cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers Doyle Hanson and Johnnie Stivers; cousin, Grant Hoefener, and a great-grandfather, John Schneider.
Memorials may be made to the family in lieu of flowers.

There will be no visitation. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 5, at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Callaway with the Rev. Antony Thekkekara and the Rev. James Novakowski as con celebrants. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery near Callaway. Adams & Swanson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
