Tuesday Volleyball scoreboard

Sandhills/Theford defeated Arthur County 2-0 (25-9, 25-13) and Hyannis 3-2 (23-25, 25-15, 25-17, 27-25, 15-8) to advance to the Sandhills Conference Volleyball Tournament semi finals. Their next match is against Brady Oct. 20.

Chantelle Milleson lead the way offensively with 11 kills while Madison Taylor chipped in 10 and Kelsey Higgins had seven.

Kaitlin Marten had 30 assists to go with 12 digs. Taylor Marten and Jacy Spencer had eight and seven digs respectively and Shaina Simonson had 10.

Sarah Miles had four serve aces.

Ansley-Litchfield coach Pat Hoblyn will be going for career win number 600 Friday night in the team's triangular at Ansley beginning at 5 p.m.
